Welcome to our chiropractic practice! I am Dr. Andy Warren, a dedicated chiropractor with a profound passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. Graduating from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2014 equipped me with extensive knowledge and skills in chiropractic care, focusing on how it enhances the body's innate ability to heal itself.
Family is very important to me, and I am fortunate to have a wonderful daughter named Savannah, who is 14 years old. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with her, whether we're hiking, boating, fishing, or exploring the beach. We also share a love of watching football together. These activities not only keep me active but also reinforce the importance of health and vitality in every aspect of life.
With over a decade of experience in chiropractic care, I have had the privilege of providing personalized treatments to patients. Chiropractic care is a holistic approach that emphasizes the relationship between the spine and the nervous system. Through gentle adjustments, chiropractors aim to correct spinal misalignments (subluxations), which can affect overall health by interfering with the nervous system's function. This therapy targets specific muscles to decrease inflammation, improve circulation, and strengthen muscles. One form of this therapy, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), involves portable devices that deliver low-voltage electrical currents to the skin, stimulating nerves and blocking pain signals to the brain. TENS units are effective for managing various types of pain, including chronic pain, post-surgical pain, and pain associated with injuries.

Hot and cold therapies are used to relieve pain and inflammation. Hot therapy helps increase blood flow, relax muscles, and promote healing, while cold therapy reduces swelling, numbs pain, and decreases inflammation. These therapies can be applied individually or alternately to address conditions such as muscle strains, sprains, and joint pain.
